The festive season is just around the corner, and Tiptree Tea Room is excited to announce that we’ll be selling beautiful Christmas trees straight from the Tiptree farm! This is a perfect opportunity to find the ideal tree for your holiday celebrations while enjoying the charming atmosphere of the tea room. Here’s what you need to know about our Christmas tree sale:
Location and Setup
You can find our Christmas trees located in the tea room car park, right next to the coach bay parking. This convenient location makes it easy for you to stop by and pick out your perfect tree.
Sale Dates and Hours
Our Christmas tree sale will run from Friday, November 22nd, until Sunday, December 15th. We’re here to help you get into the festive spirit during the following hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We offer a selection of beautifully fresh Christmas trees at great prices:
- 5ft tree: £32
- 6ft tree: £38
- 7ft tree: £42
You can easily find a tree that fits your space and budget, making it a wonderful addition to your holiday décor.
Christmas Fair in the Tiptree Marquee
On the weekend of December 7th and 8th, we will be selling our Christmas trees from the Secret Garden as part of our Christmas fair. This is a great chance to enjoy the festivities and find the perfect tree while exploring the holiday offerings at The Christmas Fair.
