Deborah Beetlestone, Tea Room Manager, and the team, who make fresh batches of scones every morning, have developed the popular daily specials menu to suit the needs of their customers.

Located in Rose Walk, just a few yards from Market Square, the tea room offers additional seating on the patio. Waiter service has always been important, so customers can take a seat and relax after a visit to the local sites or many shops.

Saffron Walden has many historic buildings. Sadly, the Rose & Crown Inn was destroyed by fire, and the Courtyard Tea Room is located in a relatively modern building on the site of the old stable area of the Inn.
