Tiptree Public Farm Tour Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer

Please note that our farm tour takes place in a trailer that requires a moderate level of mobility to board and disembark. The trailer is equipped with benches that may be less comfortable for extended periods. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a cushion if needed.

For safety reasons, we ask all guests to be capable of managing the physical requirements of the tour. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the terrain and the trailer setup, the tour is not suitable for individuals with significant mobility impairments.

Terms and Conditions for Ticketed Farm Tours

  1. Ticket Purchase and Validity: All tickets must be purchased in advance and are valid only for the date and time specified. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different date. 

  2. Arrival and Check-In: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and tickets will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  3. Conduct and Safety: Visitors must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by farm staff. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The farm reserves the right to remove any individuals who pose a risk to themselves, others, or the farm property.

  4. Weather and Cancellations: Tours will proceed in most weather conditions. However, in the event of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the farm reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, tickets will be rescheduled or refunded.

  5. Photography and Filming: Visitors are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. However, commercial use of any media taken during the tour requires prior written consent from the farm management.

  6. Liability: The farm is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. Visitors participate in the tour at their own risk.
