Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you in the gardens, patios, and terraces of all of our tea rooms, as well as inside some of them*. Here's our guide to them:

Valentine’s Month is often seen as a celebration of romantic love, but here at the Tiptree tea room, we believe love comes in many forms. Friendship, family, first dates, long-standing bonds, all of these connections deserve a little time, a little sweetness, and a lot of warmth.
That’s why we’ve created Tea for Two – Moments Made to Share, a gentle February ritual designed to slow down, savour the moment, and enjoy good company over tea and cake.
