Our overflow car park will be transformed into a Christmas Courtyard, perfect for soaking up the festive spirit. Free entry for all! Bring your friends, family, and four-legged companions, we can't wait to celebrate the season with you! The Tiptree Tea Room and Jam Shop will be open as normal!
