Ingredients:

  • 20ml Tiptree raspberry gin liqueur

  • 25ml Tiptree English vodka
  • Pink prosecco (or your favourite bubbly)
  • A few raspberries and red sugar
  • Ice

Method:

  • Colour a teaspoons of sugar with red food colouring, dip the rim of your cocktail glass into cold water, then into the sugar
  • Pour your Tiptree raspberry liqueur and vodka into a cocktail shaker and add a few raspberries and a handful of ice
  • Shake well, until the outside of the shaker feels very cold
  • Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass and top up with pink prosecco or your favourite bubbly
  • Pop one or two raspberries in the glass to garnish
