Ingredients:

20ml Tiptree raspberry gin liqueur
- 25ml Tiptree English vodka
- Pink prosecco (or your favourite bubbly)
- A few raspberries and red sugar
- Ice
Method:
- Colour a teaspoons of sugar with red food colouring, dip the rim of your cocktail glass into cold water, then into the sugar
- Pour your Tiptree raspberry liqueur and vodka into a cocktail shaker and add a few raspberries and a handful of ice
- Shake well, until the outside of the shaker feels very cold
- Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass and top up with pink prosecco or your favourite bubbly
- Pop one or two raspberries in the glass to garnish
