Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
3 slices of crispy bacon
Fresh lettuce leaves
3 Fresh tomato's
1x Tiptree Mayonnaise
1- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, turning occasionally. This usually takes about 8-10 minutes.
2- Remove bacon from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
3- Cut the tomato into medium-thick slices. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the slices to enhance their flavor.
4- Spread Tiptree mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
5- Layer the ingredients on one slice of bread in the following order: lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and bacon.
6-Cut the sandwich into quarters and enjoy!
