Ingredients:

1x Egg

350g Mature Cheddar, grated

1x Tiptree Mini Mustard 

1tsp of Worcestershire Sauce

2x slices of bread

 

  1. In a jug, combine the egg, cheese, Tiptree Mini Mustard, and Worcestershire Sauce. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 15 seconds to warm it up.

  2. Toast the slices of bread and arrange them on a baking sheet, ready for grilling.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the toasted bread, ensuring the edges are well-covered to prevent burning.

  4. Place the prepared bread under the grill (or in the oven if a grill is unavailable) and cook until golden brown.

  5. Carefully remove the Welsh rarebit from the grill, serve, and enjoy!
