We’re delighted to share that The Tiptree Tea Room is undergoing a beautiful refresh. The main Tea Room will be closed for refurbishment from 9th March and is due to reopen on 1st April. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to a refreshed and revitalised space very soon.
During the refurbishment, our heated Secret Garden Marquee will be open from 9th March to welcome guests. It’s a charming and comfortable setting where you can continue to enjoy your favourite breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas while work is underway.
For Mother’s Day weekend, we are pleased to offer a special breakfast sitting along with two afternoon tea sittings. Advance booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Marquee in the Secret Garden during the refurbishment and to reopening the Tea Room on 1st April.

£169 Raised for KYDS Charity at the Tiptree Tea Rooms Santa’s Grotto!
We’re delighted to share that £169 was raised for the KYDS youth drama society and educational arity thanks to the wonderful Santa’s Grotto, which took place during our Christmas Fair weekend at the Tiptree Tea Room.
