Tiptree Tea Rooms
Our Tiptree Tea Room will be undergoing renovations from 9th March, however our heated Marquee will be welcoming guests to enjoy a breakfast option and Afternoon Tea, bookings only. Freshly prepared Afternoon Tea, sandwich fillings chosen on the day.
Sittings available:-
Morning Sittiings: 9.30 – 11am.
Afternoon Sittiings:
12:00pm – 1:45pm
2:00pm – 3:45pm
Enjoy the traditional Afternoon Tea menu – sandwich fillings can be chosen on the day, as they are freshly made to order.
£25 per person, or £30 per person with fizz.

The Barns Tea Room
The Barns will have booking time slots available at 10:00am, 12:00 noon, and 2:00pm.
