Tiptree Tea Room & Café at Barleylands

The Tiptree tea room and café at Barleylands Farm Park and Village are the perfect places for a family lunch out or a catch up with friends. After treating yourself to a traditional full English breakfast in the Tiptree tea room, visitors can make their way around over 50 independent shops or pay a visit to the fantastic farm park.

The stylish, table service tea room offers the traditional Tiptree menu which has a wide range of sandwiches, jacket potatoes, cooked lunches and tempting cakes from our very own Tiptree Patisserie.

Right next door you can find the child-friendly café which offers a quick self-service menu and space for visitors to meet their friends and family. As well as excellent food and friendly service you will find a large range of Tiptree conserves and merchandise.

Barleylands farm is currently in the capable hands of the Philpot family who have converted the farm to what is now known as the Barleylands Farm Park and Village.

The Philpot family have transformed, what was once, a successful arable farm into a great visitor attraction including a farm park and shopping village. It is the perfect place for you to book to come to with your family and friends, whatever the weather! As well as the cutest and friendliest animals in the farm park they have fun packed indoor and outdoor areas. You can enjoy the bumpy tractor and trailer ride to the crop fields, join in animal activities and explore the discovery centre.

You can then visit the shopping village and find unique handmade gifts and items a world away from everything the high street has to offer. Entry to the shopping village is free and there’s plentiful free parking.

Visit Tiptree at Barleylands tea room & pantry: Exit at J16 onto B1007 towards Billericay. Drive through Billericay High Street and continue over the roundabout on to Laindon Road. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit on to Noak Hill Road and then take the 1st left on to Church Street. At the end of the road turn right on to Southend Road and then turn right again in to Barleylands Road. Barleylands car park is situated ½ mile down on the left hand side.
