Exciting news! For the first time ever, the Tiptree marquee will be open throughout the winter months. We’ve been busy making it cosy, warm, and inviting, so whether you’re popping in for a coffee, a bite to eat, or just want to relax, you’ll feel right at home.
The marquee will be fully heated, and we’ve added cosy corners perfect for curling up with a hot drink or catching up with friends.
We especially wanted to make this space available for dog walkers, giving you a welcoming spot to stop by during chilly winter days. And yes, your four-legged friends are welcome too! Our doggie menu means your pooch can enjoy a treat while you relax. 🐶💛
Of course, it’s not just for dog lovers. The marquee is a beautifully cosy option for all our guests, whether you’re meeting friends, family, or just looking for a winter retreat. Sit back, enjoy the warmth, and let the bustling yet relaxed atmosphere make your winter visits extra special.

Tiptree Tasting Evening
The Tiptree tea room opened its doors for a special Taster Event on Wednesday afternoon to celebrate the refurbishment of the tea rooms and to the introduce the summer menu. The William Morris Strawberry Thief paper on the walls and the fresh cream and green colours gave a fresh modern twist to the traditional tea room that has welcomed visitors for generations.
