Join us for two days of festive fun as we fill the Tiptree Tea Room Marquee and Courtyard with seasonal sparkle. It’s the perfect way to start your Christmas celebrations, pick up a few special gifts, and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere with friends, family – and even your four-legged companions.

Our overflow car park will be transformed into a Christmas Courtyard, brimming with seasonal charm – the perfect place to soak up the festive spirit.

Tea Room & Jam Shop Open As Usual

During the fair, the Tiptree Tea Room and Jam Shop will also be open as normal, so you can enjoy a comforting meal, a warming cup of tea, or stock up on your favourite Tiptree jams and treats.
