Warm up this Winter with a glass of Mulled wine which uses Tiptree Christmas Conserve and Damson Gin.
Ingredients
- 750ml Red Wine
- 250ml Damson Gin Liqueur
- 8 Teaspoons Tiptree Christmas Conserve
- 1 Orange (Sliced)
- 8 Cinnamon Sticks
- 8 Star Anise
Method

In a slow cooker or a pot over the hob, pour in 750ml of Red wine & 250ml Tiptree Damson Gin Liqueur.

Warm the liquid through and add 8 teaspoons of Tiptree Christmas Conserve.

Stir until the conserve has broken down.

Add in 6-8 orange rounds, 4 cinnamon sticks and 4 Star anise.

Leave to mull for 1 hour in a slow cooker or 10 minutes on a low heat.

Add 1 slice of orange, 1 cinnamon stick and 1 Star anise to each heatproof glass or mug.

Pour in your mulled wine and serve straight away.
